Question: What type of exercise equipment do I did?
Answer: There is no specific type of equipment required. We can make a program with no equipment or with a complete gym. Some equipment that might be helpful are mini bands, superbands, a kettlebell or dumbbell, and some type of self massage tool such as a foam roller, lacrosse ball, or massage stick. There is an equipment list questionnaire in the forms section we ask you to fill out before we design your program so we know what equipment we can include in your program.
