Group Sports Performance
Group Training consists of the same training as individual and small group just in a larger group format. Groups will consist of 4-8 athletes in the same age group. Age groups are separated between middle and high school athletes. Group sessions will take place a predetermined times and can take place for as short as 6 weeks to as long as 12 weeks.
Fall 2017 6 Week Group Sports Performance Programs
October 2, 2017 – November 11, 2017
One Hour and 15 minute sessions 2x/week
Middle School: Mon/Wed 6pm
High School: Tues/Thur 6pm
*New DYS athletes need to complete an initial evaluation before participating in a training program.
