Group Sports Performance
Group Training consists of the same training as individual and small group just in a larger group format. Groups will consist of 4-8 athletes in the same age group. Age groups are separated between middle and high school athletes. Group sessions will take place a predetermined times and can take place for as short as 6 weeks to as long as 12 weeks.
8 Week Winter Group Sports Performance Programs
January 8th 2018 – March 2nd 2018
One Hour and 15 minute sessions 2x/week
Middle School: Tuesday/ Thursday 530 PM Wednesday/ Friday 315 PM
High School: Tuesday/ Thursday 415 PM Wednesday 630 PM Saturday 10Am
Payment Plans Available
If needed times may be adjusted to accommodate the most athletes.
*New DYS athletes need to complete an initial evaluation before participating in a training program.
