The athletic development programs at Design Yourself Strong are designed to develop the whole athlete while improving sport specific performance, increase strength, power and speed, decrease the risk of injury, and enhance recovery. I provide my athletes with all the necessary tools to become better athletes and remain in the game longer. Programs are both athlete and sport specific, with a major focus on proper movement. If an athlete does not move correctly it can increase their chance of injury. Training sessions are offered in one-on-one sessions small predetermined groups consisting of 2 to 4 athletes, and larger groups consisting of 4 – 8 athletes.
Small Group Athletic Development
1 session – $35/athlete
8 sessions – $250/athlete
12 sessions- $360/athlete
Three to Four Athletes
1 session – $30/athlete
8 sessions – $ 200/athlete
12 sessions – $300/ athlete
Groups can be predetermined or assigned after inquiry.
*One hour sessions
Group Training consists of the same training as individual and small group just in a larger group format. Groups will consist of 4-8 athletes in the same age group. Age groups are separated between middle and high school athletes. Group sessions will take place a predetermined times and can take place for as short as 6 weeks to as long as 12 weeks.

Middle School: Mon/Wed 6pm
High School: Tues/Thur 6pm
