Design Yourself Strong
“Strength Should Be a Priority”
Overview
Design Yourself Strong Sports Performance(DYS) is a 13,000 square foot facility focused on developing athletes of all ages, both physically and mentally. Design Yourself Strong was founded by co-owner Samantha Robbins in 2015. Design Yourself Strong started out in an 800 square foot studio in an old shirt factory in Kingston, NY. In 2018 Samantha and co-owner Stacey Donald moved the facility to its current location in Saugerties, NY. The current location houses a state of the art strength and conditioning area as well as indoor batting cages for softball and baseball development. DYS is also home of the New York Blackhawks Baseball and Softball Academy.
Since opening in 2015 Design Yourself Strong has helped hundreds of athletes reach their goals, improve their game, overcome injuries, and reduce injury rates tremendously. At DYS we strive to create an atmosphere conducive to athletes in order to improve their athleticism, character, integrity and intelligence. At Design Yourself Strong we don’t just build better athletes, we build better people!
